History and ritual
Fenugreek is used commonly in hair masks in India. The seeds are soaked overnight in water and ground into a paste with a gel like consistency. Fenugreek seeds are rich in iron and modern science reveals that they may help with androgenetic alopecia - pattern baldness that can occur in men and women.
According to Ayurveda, hair fall, thinning, and greying is caused by an imbalance of Pitta dosha which generates heat in the scalp. Cooling and earthy vetiver root oil helps balance Pitta. Rosemary and lavender round up the aromatic experience while delivering excellent hair benefits. Rosemary improves circulation which is thought to promote hair growth, while lavender controls sebum production and soothes the scalp.
This light weight serum is a leave in product that tames frizz when applied to slightly damp hair. You may also apply a few drops of the serum and massage into your scalp before washing your hair.
Ingredients: Caprylic triglycerides infused with trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seeds, essential oils of vetiveria zizanoides root, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf, lavandula angustifolia flower, and ylang..ylang.
Directions: Dispense a few drops of hair serum on your palm and apply along the length of hair as needed.
