Fenugreek is used commonly in hair masks in India. The seeds are soaked overnight in water and ground into a paste with a gel like consistency. According to Ayurveda, hair fall, thinning, and greying is caused by an imbalance of Pitta dosha which generates heat in the scalp. Cooling and earthy vetiver root oil helps balance Pitta. Ingredients: Caprylic triglycerides infused with trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seeds, essential oils of vetiveria zizanoides root, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf, lavandula angustifolia flower, and ylang..ylang.
Directions: Dispense a few drops of hair serum on your palm and apply along the length of hair as needed.
